NWP Electrical & Mechanical were awarded the prestigious re-development project of the former perfume factory on Wales Farm Road in North Acton, London.
Imperial College London purchased the former factory with the vision of re-generating the site to include 729 student bedrooms in addition to warden units, management facilities, and extensive communal space. The scheme also includes the Clayworks Apartment complex: 85 privately rented residential units over a ten-storey block.
The redevelopment forms part of the Imperial College London continued investment within West London.
NWP Electrical & Mechanical successfully handed the full development over in September 2020.
