Clerici Building, Oxford Brookes University

NWP started work on the Clerici building redevelopment in June 2016 alongside main contractor McLaughlin & Harvey. The scheme will see the old library converted into new teaching spaces and offices with the addition of a new hall & reception area Along with the new teaching spaces the scheme also includes a new student cafeteria complete with commercial kitchen, social learning spaces & a new gateway into the Headington Campus. The project was designed using Building Information modelling (BIM) allowing engineers & designers from across the world access to a live model. The redeveloped building will be home to the business school from the beginning of the 2017/18 academic year.
